Strengthen Bones

Aside from calcium, exercise is important to building healthy bones. Exercise triggers nerve impulses that, in turn, active body chemicals to deposit calcium in our bones. Regular walking, dancing, kickboxing, and strength training are good examples of these types of activities.

Calcium works best to strengthen our bones in partnership with other nutrients such as phosphorus and Vitamin D. Phosphorus is an important part of our bone structure. Vitamin D helps absorb and deposit calcium in bones and teeth making them stronger.
